Design and Delivery - Joanne, Wales

Joanne had a clear vision for her bathroom: a bespoke shower enclosure featuring matte black hardware that would complement the space and fit seamlessly under her sloped ceiling.

She got in touch through our contact form, providing a sketch of the area along with guide measurements and photos, giving us a clear idea of her expectations.

After our initial conversation, we agreed the concept was a great fit for the space. During the review, we spotted a potential issue with the door size and clearance to the ceiling - We adapted the design and sent Joanne a detailed illustration suggesting the best solution. She reviewed the update and gave her approval.

Once the design was finalised, Joanne completed the order and we sent full glass and installation reports for her final verification. She had a few questions about how the glass would fit into the channel, so we talked her through the process and reassured her she would also receive step by step instructions with her delivery.

When the enclosure was ready, Joanne was confident to proceed with her bespoke DIY installation. The result perfectly elevated the bathroom, bringing her original vision to life while combining style, functionality and a smooth installation process.
