Delivery

All products on our online shop are subject to a £12 delivery fee unless stated otherwise.

Glass and shower enclosures:

Depending on your location, we offer two different delivery services. For locations within the green and yellow areas of our delivery map, both the glass and components will be delivered together by our in-house team.

For all other locations, the glass will be delivered separately by a specialist glass courier, followed by the components.

We offer these two options to give us greater flexibility across the UK, allowing us to accommodate a wider range of locations and provide quicker turnaround times to suit each project.

All our shower enclosures are made bespoke to your requirements, approximate lead time is 2 to 4 weeks. Once your glass panels have been manufactured and quality control checked we will be in touch to arrange delivery.

Delivery quotations are provided after the product quotation is configured and are not included when using our online design tool. Please note that deliveries to zones 4 and 5 postcodes will be subject to a delivery surcharge. The surcharge will be dependent on the delivery address location and product dimensions.

Glass balustrades:

We strongly recommend that you order and install all of your hardware before ordering any glass.

Your hardware will be delivered to you via a carrier within a few days of your purchase ready for you to unbox and install. Once you have installed your hardware simply get back in touch with us to finalise your glass order.

Approximate lead time for the glass manufacture is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Once your glass panels have been manufactured and quality control checked we will be in touch to arrange delivery.

If you wish to order your glass and hardware at the same time we can arrange this for you. Simply get in touch and one of our dedicated carriers will deliver everything to your door.

Delivery quotations are provided after the product quotation is configured and are not included when using our online design tool.
