Before You Start: Get Your Space Ready for a Perfect Fit

Your bespoke glass panels are precision made to your exact measurements - once confirmed, they’ll be manufactured to fit your space perfectly. When you recieve your reports, please take a moment to carefully check the following points to ensure everything is ready and accurate.

Ensure the Area Is Fully Complete

  • All tiling, grouting and sealing must be finished and fully cured before confirming your glass sizes.

  • The shower tray or base should be securely fitted, level and sealed.

  • Once your bespoke glass is manufactured, any changes to the finished area (e.g. extra tile layers or new sealant) can affect the fit.

Double Check All Measurements

  • Re-measure your opening width, height and check both walls for plumb (vertical alignment).

  • Take multiple measurements at different points (top, middle, bottom) to confirm consistency.

  • Note any walls or floors that are slightly out of level - we can often accommodate these, but they must be accounted for before glass is made.

Installation Preparation (Once Your Glass Arrives)

Check All Items on Delivery

All glass and hardware are carefully packed and checked by our team in house before dispatch. However, it’s important that you familiarise yourself with your glass reports so you know exactly what to expect upon delivery. Each item is clearly coded and listed on your report, please cross-check everything received to ensure all components are present and accounted for.

If you’ve purchased our Installation Pack, you’ll have the essentials you need for a smooth fit. If not, we recommend having the following essentials ready:

  • Plastic packers (for levelling)

  • High-quality clear silicone sealant

  • Glass cleaner and lint-free cloths

Fitting Tips for a Professional Finish

  • Dry-Fit First

    • Before applying any sealant or fixings, position the glass panels in place to check alignment and fit (This helps prevent errors and ensures a perfect final result.)

  • Take Your Time on Alignment

    • Use a spirit level and packers to check all panels and doors are plumb and square when installing - Small adjustments now make a big difference to the finished look.

  • Seal and Secure

    • Once satisfied with the dry fit, proceed with fixings and apply silicone neatly.

    • Allow at least 12 hours curing time before fitting the door (if attached to a fixed glass panel) and leave 24 hours curing time before using the shower to prevent leaks.
