With our DIY option, you're in control, while still receiving support from our expert team whenever you need it.

Design

The process begins with the initial design - whether you create it yourself using our online design tool or simply send us a basic sketch of your space along with your inspiration.

We guide and advise you throughout the entire design process, ensuring that your enclosure aligns with your vision while keeping functionality in mind. Our goal is to collaborate with you to create a solution that fits both your aesthetic preferences and practical needs.

Production and Delivery

Once your design is finalised and your glass is in production, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process. We’ll also provide you with a provisional delivery date, allowing you to prepare your space accordingly. This way, you can ensure everything is in place for a smooth and timely delivery.

On the day of delivery, our in-house driver will call with an ETA of your order arriving, including the glass panels, hardware, and seals.

Installation

Along with your delivery, you will receive your bespoke reports and a step-by-step, easy-to-follow installation guide tailored specifically to your bespoke enclosure; Including instructions on positioning, placement and marking to ensure a smooth and correct install.
