Maybe you ordered the wrong part, too many of something, or it just wasn't quite what you expected. No stress! We're here to make the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

No problem. All of our parts are fully returnable and refundable, as long as they are:
Returned within 30 days
Unused and in their original packaging
Returned to us via a tracked delivery service
Send an email to our team with your order number and a quick note on the items you'd like to return.
Package the items securely and send them back using a tracked delivery service -this is at your own cost.
Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll process your refund.
A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.
If an item isn’t returned in its original packaging, a 30% deduction will be taken from the refund.
The following terms apply to bespoke and made to order items and are separate from our standard shop returns policy.
As all bespoke products are manufactured specifically to your requirements, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced. Prior to manufacture, we provide expert advice, detailed reports and design information for your approval. Written sign off is required before production begins to ensure all details are correct and to avoid any costly mistakes.
All bespoke items are manufactured using the measurements, specifications, images and information provided by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors arising from incorrect measurements, dimensions or information supplied. Products made to incorrect specifications provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund, replacement or return. However, we will endeavour to provide advice and assistance to help rectify any issues in the simplest and most cost effective manner possible if any errors do occur.
Upon delivery, you must inspect all items immediately. Deliveries may include bespoke glass panels together with full stock length components that may require cutting to size during installation.
Any missing parts, defects, damage or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of receipt and in all cases, prior to installation. No claims for damage, defects, shortages, refunds or replacements will be accepted once products have been installed.
