How Long Will My Shop Order Take to Arrive?

We keep our hardware stock and availability up to date, ensuring all products listed are ready for your order. On each product page, you'll see a countdown timer indicating the time frame for same-day despatch. 

Lead Time:

Orders placed before 1pm are despatched the same day, with most available items delivered the next day and always within a 3-day time frame.

If you are subscribed to our mailing list, you will also receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way.

Delays:

If for any reason your order is delayed, our team will promptly reach out to inform you and discuss your options going forward.

Out of Stock:

We frequently update our stock levels. If an item is out of stock, we'll offer a like-for-like replacement, suggest alternative options, or provide the new expected availability date. We will place your order on hold until we receive confirmation on how you wish to proceed.
