How Long Will My Shop Order Take to Arrive?

We keep our hardware stock and availability up to date, ensuring all products listed are ready for your order. On each product page, you'll see a countdown timer indicating the time frame for same day despatch. 

Lead Time:

Orders placed before 1pm and processed for courier delivery will be dispatched the same day, with most in-stock items delivered the following working day.

If Royal Mail is selected, orders will also be processed and dispatched the same day, with an estimated delivery time of 2 -4 working days.

Please note that our warehouse is closed at weekends. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will therefore be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

If you are subscribed to our mailing list, you will also receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way.

Delays:

If for any reason your order is delayed or will not arrive within the 5 day lead time, our team will promptly reach out to inform you and discuss your options going forward.

Out of Stock:

We frequently update our stock levels. If an item is out of stock, we'll offer a like-for-like replacement, suggest alternative options or provide the new expected availability date. We will place your order on hold until we receive confirmation on how you wish to proceed.
