Bespoke Shaped Screen, H&M Wakefield

Project Objectives

H&M Plumbing approached us with a request for a custom designed shower screen to complement a newly installed shower tray. The design needed to maintain an open layout with space on either side for storage. Due to the walls being out of plumb, the glass panels required precise shaping to ensure a perfect floor to ceiling fit.

Methodology

• Reviewed the initial measurements provided

• Presented two tailored design options:

  • A fully enclosed 90-degree enclosure

  • A more open layout with bespoke screens on either side of the shower tray

• The open screen design was selected for its functionality and aesthetic

Detailed Measurements and Verifications

Once the design was approved and payment received, we moved forward with production. Full glass specifications and installation reports were shared with the client for verification. After discussing the installation process, we agreed to fully frame the screen for a seamless, high-end appearance. The reports were updated accordingly, and the order was finalised.

Results and Outcomes

The custom shower screen was collected and installed without issue. Thanks to the comprehensive installation report and clear fitting instructions, the process was straightforward.
