As part of a full home renovation, Patrick from Pennygate Developments approached us to assist with bespoke glass installations across three newly designed bathrooms.

Patrick shared images of the spaces and interior design concepts to communicate his overall vision. Using these references, we developed tailored design options for each bathroom, carefully matching hardware styles and finishes to ensure a consistent and polished aesthetic throughout the renovation.

After reviewing our initial quotes and visual illustrations, Patrick decided to proceed with our full service package, including survey, measurement and installation, delivered in partnership with A Touch of Glass UK. During the site visit, our team conducted a detailed survey, verifying all measurements and surface areas across the three bathrooms. We walked Patrick through each design, confirmed his requirements and outlined the next steps.

Once all dimensions were verified, the designs were refined and finalised. The installation was then scheduled to fit seamlessly within the broader renovation timeline.

The result was a set of bespoke glass solutions that complemented the overall design, met all functional requirements and delivered a high quality finish across every bathroom. Patrick has since signed up for our trade account, and we’re continuing to collaborate on two additional projects.
