As part of a complete home renovation, Patrick from Pennygate Developments approached us to assist with the bespoke glass installations for three newly designed bathrooms.

Methodology

Patrick provided images of all three areas, along with interior design concepts to communicate the overall vision. Using these references, we developed tailored design options for each bathroom, carefully matching hardware styles and finishes to ensure aesthetic consistency with the rest of the renovation.

Detailed Measurements and Verification

After receiving our initial quote, visual illustrations and discussing the designs in detail, Patrick confirmed his decision to proceed.

He selected our full service package, which includes survey, measurement and installation, delivered in partnership with A Touch of Glass UK.

During the site visit, we conducted a comprehensive survey:

• All measurements and surface areas across the three bathrooms were accurately verified.

• A detailed consultation was held on-site to walk Patrick through the designs, confirm requirements, and explain the next steps.

Following confirmation of all dimensions, we refined and updated the designs to reflect the final measurements. The installation was then scheduled to seamlessly align with the broader project timeline.

Conclusion

Patrick has since signed up for our trade account, and we’re currently collaborating on two additional projects.
