Our client’s bespoke journey started around five months before he was ready to go ahead with his project. He initially used our online designer to explore the options for his bathroom, before speaking with one of our advisors who helped amend and adapt the design to suit the planned space.

Once he was happy with the overall concept, he returned to us a couple of months later when the area was complete and he was able to confirm the final measurements. We then worked through the finer details and product specifications over a number of phone calls, making sure the enclosure was exactly what he wanted and importantly, suitable for the space.

When the enclosure was delivered, our client was keen to install it himself but wasn't completely confident about where to start, having never completed anything like this before. While we provide straightforward fitting instructions, detailed reports specific to each design, and all the relevant seal information, we also understand that sometimes speaking to someone with hands on experience gives you that extra bit of reassurance.

We arranged a call with one of our installers, who talked him through the installation and answered his questions. After the conversation, he felt confident and equipped to get started - and a couple of days later, he got back in touch to show us the finished result.

It’s always great to see a project come full circle, from the initial online design through to the completed and installed enclosure. The finished corner enclosure works perfectly within the bathroom, while the satin brass hardware adds a warm, elegant contrast against the deep green units and complements the overall aesthetic beautifully.
