Design and Delivery - Ryan, Lancashire

Ryan from Lancashire came to us with a tricky challenge: his shower space was uniquely shaped, and he needed a bespoke solution that would fit perfectly. The structural work was completed by himself, but finding a provider who could supply the right glass panels and guide him through installation was proving difficult.

After sharing photos and rough measurements, we quickly provided a design concept and cost estimate. He was concerned about measurements, so we reassured him we would handle all sizing and adjustments to make the process stress free and explained how this is worked out.

With his precise measurements in hand, we prepared an installation report and glass size check, outlining all dimensions and adjustments. During his review, Ryan spotted a potential issue with one panel being tight. We revised the design to suit, he approved it and the glass went into production.

Delivery was handled by our in house team to ensure the panels arrived safely. Ryan received a call before arrival and using the report and instructions, successfully installed the enclosure himself, only reaching out for minor guidance on the hinges.

The result was a perfectly fitting, high quality shower enclosure that exceeded his expectations. The process was smooth from start to finish, leaving Ryan pleased with both the product and support.
