Project Beneficiary

The project was undertaken for Rizwaan in West Yorkshire, who needed a bespoke space saving solution to complete a newly fitted modern bathroom. 

Project Objectives

After discussing the client's needs during our 'Book a Call' session, we gained a clear understanding of the goals for the bathroom project. The client is aiming for a modern and sleek aesthetic, with a focus on space-saving solutions due to the existing layout. Additionally, he requires a quick and hassle-free service, ensuring a seamless process from design to delivery.

Methodology

Initial Consultation and Design:

• A 15-minute consultation was booked to discuss Rizwaan's specific requirements
• Exploration of suitable space saving hardware and finish options
• Providing guidance on the process and lead time for the custom enclosure

Detailed Measurement Verification:

• An Initial design visual, 3D view of the bi-fold live view and a detailed cost estimate were sent to Rizwaan
• The measurements were then reviewed of all panels
• Rizwaan needed clarification on the tolerance sizes, we advised these are worked out at the point of design and are hardware-specific tolerances needed for installation
• Once reviewed, Rizwaan confirmed his approval to proceed with the project

Revisions and Finalisation:

• Payment was then made for the bespoke enclosure via a secure payment link
• Upon receipt of payment, the glass order and installation report were sent for review and confirmation
• No changes were necessary, Rizwaan confirmed he was happy to go ahead and the order was put into production

Delivery and Installation:

• Using our internal delivery service, Rizwaans order was manufactured and delivered in a 3 week turn around
• On the pre approved delivery day, Rizwaan recieved a confirmation call one hour before the expected deliveryy
• Using the installation report, along with a quick call with one of our design experts. Rizwaan completed the installation of his bespoke enclosure over the weekend.

Results and Outcomes:

• The custom bi-fold shower enclosure was delivered and installed without any complications.
• The detailed installation report and fitting instructions provided clarity, ensuring the installation process was straightforward for Rizwaan
