Delivery, Handled with Care

Once your custom balustrade is in production, we’ll provide a clear lead time (typically 3–6 weeks depending on complexity). When it’s ready, we’ll confirm your delivery slot.

Depending on your location, we offer two different delivery services. For locations within the green and yellow areas of our delivery map, both the glass and components will be delivered together by our in-house team.

For all other locations, the glass will be delivered separately by a specialist glass courier, followed by the components.

We offer these two options to give us greater flexibility across the UK, allowing us to accommodate a wider range of locations and provide quicker turnaround times to suit each project.
