The Online Builder Won’t Let Me Design What I Need -  What Should I Do?

No problem! The online builder is a simplified version of our full design system, so not all shapes or fittings are available there. Just send us a rough sketch or idea of what you’re looking for, and one of our designers will create a tailored design and send it to you within 24 hours.

Are Your Enclosures Watertight/Are The Shower Doors Completely Sealed?

Our frameless shower enclosures are designed to effectively deflect water, but they are not fully watertight like a bath. Each door comes with seals along the edges to help minimize water escape. However, water should not be directly sprayed at vulnerable areas, such as the hinges; With proper installation and use, your shower will function efficiently and keep water within the enclosure.

How Do I Measure My Shower Space Properly?

For your initial quote, we only need rough measurements and a photo of your shower area. Once you're ready to proceed, we’ll work closely with you to ensure a perfect fit.

Here’s how to take accurate measurements:

• Once the shower area is fully tiled/finished, let us know the overall width you’d like the enclosure to be.

• If a shower tray is fitted, leave at least 10mm from the outer edge of the glass to the edge of the tray. This ensures that water will drip back into the tray rather than out onto the floor (This distance may vary depending on your tray design)

• You’ll also need to provide your desired maximum height, if you don't - we will assume a height of 2000 which can be amended at any point,

Will You Install My Shower Enclosure?

Yes! If you’d prefer not to install it yourself, we offer a full survey, measuring and installation service. Just let us know, and we’ll provide all the details.

How Do I Know What Seals and Hinges I Need?

You don’t have to worry about that. Our design team will take care of all the technical details for you. Based on your layout and preferences, we’ll select the appropriate seals, hinges, and other hardware to ensure both a stylish look and effective water resistance.

How Long Will It Take To Make My Bespoke Shower Enclosure?

Our standard lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and do our best to meet your schedule.

Do You Offer Different Glass and Hardware Finishes?

Absolutely! While 10mm clear toughened glass is our most popular option, we also offer:

• Smoked grey

• Smoked Bronze

• Optiwhite

• Fluted and Reeded glass
